About the founder

Hi, I’m Emma 👋 A UX designer turned digital wingwoman for service-based businesses.

I’ve been designing for over 12 years, starting with my first work experience at 16. Since then, I’ve worked across startups, agencies and corporate, so I’ve seen first-hand how different businesses approach their websites… and where things tend to fall down.

I always knew I would start my own business, but I wanted to build up real experience first. After having my little boy, Jesse, the timing finally felt right.

What I kept seeing, time and time again, were growing businesses stuck in the middle. They wanted something more professional, something that actually reflected their brand, but agency prices felt out of reach, and doing it themselves just wasn’t cutting it anymore.

Outside of work

I’m a family girl which keeps me busy. I’ve got a little boy (Jesse), a very over-loved cockapoo, and a husband who also runs his own business… so I completely get the juggle of trying to grow something while managing everything else.

Our favourite times with them is jumping in the car heading to the very remote, very bottom of Cornwall where we can all escape the busy world.
