Yes. Support runs on a rolling monthly basis, and you can move between packages as your needs change.
This gives you flexibility as your business grows or if your website needs change over time.
Turnaround times depend on the type of request, how clear the content is, and your support level.
If content and decisions are ready, updates are often handled quickly. Where feedback involves multiple stakeholders or content is still being finalised, updates may take longer to allow time for review and sign-off. Priority support includes faster scheduling.
Support covers small, ongoing updates and general website care, such as content changes, minor layout tweaks, and bug fixes.
Larger changes, new sections, or additional features sit outside ongoing support and are always quoted separately before any work begins.
No, support isn’t required.
Once your site is live, you can manage it yourself or dip in and out of support as needed. Most clients do choose a support package though, as it takes the pressure off and keeps everything running smoothly without things piling up over time.
It’s a simple way to protect your investment and keep your site working for you
Timelines depend on the size of the site and how prepared things are at the start.
If content, images, and key decisions are largely finalised upfront, most website projects can be designed and built within a few weeks.
Projects tend to take longer when content is still being written, feedback is coming from multiple stakeholders, or decisions are being made as we go. In those cases, timelines are more likely to be around three months to allow time for content development, reviews, and sign-off.
I’ll always agree a realistic timeline at the start of the project and help guide the process so things keep moving smoothly.
I can work with copy you already have, or collaborate with trusted copywriters and SEO specialists if you need additional support.
Every website includes basic SEO setup and best-practice structure, so your site is set up properly from launch. More in-depth copywriting or SEO work can be added where needed.
Yes. All websites are built in Webflow, which makes it easy to update text, images, and content without technical knowledge.
Once your site is live, I’ll show you how to make common updates so you feel confident managing your website day to day. Ongoing support is also available if you’d prefer changes to be handled for you.
All websites are custom designed around your business, content, and goals. I don’t use off-the-shelf templates.
That means your site is designed to reflect your brand, communicate your message clearly, and guide visitors to take action, rather than trying to force your content into a pre-built layout.
Timelines vary depending on scope, but branding projects typically take a few weeks from start to finish.
Not always, but having clear branding makes the website process smoother and more effective.
Yes. A brand refresh is designed specifically for improving and refining existing branding.
I focus on branding that works as a complete system. Logo-only projects aren’t usually the best fit, but a brand refresh may be a good option depending on your needs.
