Thor Consulting is a specialist nuclear and clean energy consultancy launching a new brand and digital presence. The goal was to get a professional, credible website live quickly, while laying solid foundations for future growth and community building. The project needed to balance speed with quality, and simplicity with technical requirements behind the scenes.

Thor Consulting required more than a simple brochure site. Alongside clearly communicating their expertise and positioning, the website needed to:

• Collect detailed candidate and community information
• Support CV uploads
• Integrate with existing internal systems
• Be scalable for future phases of the business
  

A key challenge was ensuring that data submitted via the website flowed reliably into their CRM, without adding friction for users or internal teams.

The project was delivered in phases to prioritise speed to launch while keeping long-term flexibility.

We started with a core multi-page website to establish the brand and messaging, alongside a separate landing page focused on community sign-ups. This allowed Thor Consulting to begin building momentum quickly, while keeping the structure clean and focused.

Behind the scenes, careful attention was paid to content structure, forms, and data handling to ensure the website wasn’t just visually strong, but operationally sound.

The website includes multiple forms designed to capture structured information such as contact details, job roles, locations, and CV uploads.

Because Webflow provides file uploads as secure links rather than traditional attachments, additional consideration was needed to ensure this data could be passed into Thor Consulting’s CRM in a usable format.

To solve this, a lightweight automation was implemented to translate form submissions into the format required by the CRM, with thorough testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

This ensured:

• CVs were received as proper attachments
• Form data was structured consistently
• Internal teams could continue using existing systems without manual workarounds

The site was built using a CMS-first approach, allowing Thor Consulting to manage and update content easily as the business grows.

This included:

• Structured content fields rather than hard-coded pages
• Flexible layouts that maintain design consistency
• A setup that allows new content to be added safely without breaking the site
  

This approach supports long-term scalability and reduces reliance on developers for everyday updates.

As with most launches, some issues only surfaced once the site was live.

Post-launch support included:

• Domain and DNS checks
• SEO title and meta refinements
• Troubleshooting form delivery and CRM ingestion
• Ongoing collaboration with third-party support teams
